Since 2017, my primary focus has been on online coaching, utilizing the renowned TrainingPeaks platform, where I proudly hold the Level 1 Coach Accreditation. My specialization lies in long course Triathlon; however, I cater to a diverse range of athletes, including beginners participating in Super Sprint triathlons and semi-elite athletes striving to qualify for the Ironman World Championships.

Running/Trail
Running coaching is a specialized service designed for individuals who want to improve their running performance, whether they are beginners looking to complete their first 5k race or experienced runners aiming for a marathon or an ultra. Our running coaching program is tailored to help you reach your running goals while focusing solely on the sport of running.
Tailored Running Programs: Our running coaching provides personalized training plans that are designed to fit your fitness level and running goals. Whether it's speed, endurance, or technique, we'll create a plan that suits you.
Injury Prevention: We emphasize proper running form, strengthening exercises, and recovery strategies to minimize the risk of injuries, ensuring you can maintain consistency in your training.
Race Preparation: Our running coaching program includes race-specific training plans, strategies, and guidance to help you achieve your best performance on race day.
Training Packages:
Total Coaching: $150/month
Our Total Coaching package offers unlimited communication with your coach via TrainingPeaks, text, and email. You'll benefit from regular testing (FTP, run and pool tests) and the opportunity to plan up to three major events per year. Your training plan will also be adapted to accommodate life events and changes in your fitness journey.
Simple Coaching: $60/month
The Simple Coaching package includes a weekly email check-in and feedback through TrainingPeaks. You'll have the chance to plan one significant event each year, personalized to your goals and interests. Your training plan will be entirely customized to match your current fitness level, ensuring a tailored approach to your coaching experience.
